I am buying a new home and wanted a quote for a replacement. Jake came out and not only checked to make sure my AC unit would get me by, but also checked the furnace and gave me some professional advice that would actually SAVE me money!! Very courteous and honest! He wanted me to be happy and when it comes time to replace that unit, I will be using Wichita Heating and Air! So impressed!
Jake and his crew came out today and installed brand new furnace and ac for us. They were excellent. Did everything I asked and gave me their best opinions. They worked hard and got the new units in. Awesome company. I would 100% recommend them for your heating and air needs.
AC went out over the weekend, I reached out on Monday and Kenny came out the same day and had me up and going again. Awesome communication and professional service, he even reached out for followup to ensure the unit was still running properly. It’s hard to find good customer service but I recommend this team!
Wichita Heating and Air did a great job installing our heat and air system. They are very friendly, professional and offered great quality service. Their prices are very reasonable and we are never disappointed when they service our A/C for the summer.
We recently setup our annual maintenance plan for our heating and air in our home and had our first Spring Service completed. The guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced both of our units and did a great job. When we called into their office we were put onto the schedule quickly and the techs arrived on-time and we also received a text when they were in route. It has been a great experience working with them.

The gentleman who came to my house to check the A/C was on time, very polite, and got straight to work. He gave me information about my OLD unit and it is working well now. I have had this unit at least 20 years, so most likely it will have to be replaced one day. I recommend this Wichita Heating and Air to everyone. Sometime during the night our motor or capacitor went out on the condensing unit. We called early in the morning on Sunday and was more than pleased that Kenny called me back and was able to get out within a couple of hours and fix our problem (it’s 100+ again today outside). He was more than professional and efficient. There were absolutely no issues and the service was reasonably priced as well. Give them a call if you need any AC repairs.

Called them during 6 inches of snow and ice because my rental heater stopped working. They answered and got my information immediately. Then a technician returned my call within minutes and responded to my rental property within 5 min. It was an easy fix and they dropped the price because of it. Kenny was very professional. Wow! What a great experience! AC went out yesterday. Called at 8am this morning and Maddex was here by 8:30. He was friendly, informative and respectful. He got the job done in a timely manner and went above and beyond what I anticipated him to do! Bonus that he was so young! We just bought a house in Udall and I was really in a bind. I bought a new fireplace insert but could not get the gas hooked up. I left a message with them at 8 PM in the evening and actually got a call back that night , and said they could make it out tomorrow and help me out. They were there 1st thing in the morning and took care of everything and were reasonably priced for such a short notice service call. I would highly recommend this company!
